We utilize ATG’s A5 8 head flying probe testers for our production electrical testing. With .002 in. pitch apabilities and soft touch for delicate wire-bond pads.
We can process most any industry standard data formats, including Gerber, CAD/CAM, DXF etc. We have a successful record of assisting our customers with numerous complex data issues.
Production performance capability includes:
- Resistance, Inductance and Capacitance measurements
- The resulting data can be exported for analysis.
- Up to 2 Gohm @1000v detection thresholds for shorts and opens

Failure Analysis.
We are well known for our detailed failure analysis capabilities.Working with our customer’s engineering staff, we utilize our ATG 8 head flying probe to gather circuit data.
Bench top instrumentation used for Failure Analysis to identify and isolate the failure mode:
- DVM
- Hipot
- Megohm meters etc.
Once the failure is isolated, available visual evidence is provided. The data is analyzed and an 8D report is generated
Precision CNC Punch provides an excellent, low-residue, economical alternative to laser profiling. Punching eliminates the High Resistance/High Capacitance issues that can occur due to the conductive residue left behind from the laser ablation process
Tight tolerance (+/- 7 micron) carbide punches are used to create virtually unlimited shapes.
- Min punch size 100micron, Max 3+ inches
- Positional tolerance +/- 10 micron
Exceptional cross-sectional trace profile along punched edge.
- Creates an excellent low contaminant ACF bond interface
